I am a Group Fitness Specialist.

I teach a variety of classes including Aerobics, Cardio-kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Core-Conditioning etc.


PERSONAL TRAINING

A Personal Trainer will develop the most effective program for you based on your fitness goal and need. Beginners in particular benefit from maintaining proper Form, Technique and Scheduling of exercises. A Personal Trainer always designs new workouts to keep you having fun, staying motivated and seeing results.


POST-NATAL TRAINING

Get back into shape after child-birth. The body undergoes tremendous changes during pregnancy. As the belly expands, there are changes in the spinal alignment. Improving core strength will help flatten the belly and reduce lower back pain. Combining healthy eating with exercise will help you lose weight and get back your muscle tone.


FIT AFTER FIFTY

Weight gain in ageing person is common due to decrease in muscle mass, lower metabolism, hormonal shift and accumulation of excess fat. With the right training module and nutritional guidance, you can become fitter and even more amazing after 50. The goal is to maintain your weight, keep your heart healthy and stay strong.
