I have over 20 years of experience in the Fitness Industry. I have trained many clients of all age groups over the years. A lot of them are above the age of 50. I am passionate about helping this segment of population achieve better health and enjoy better quality of life.

PHILOSOPHY


There is a huge hormonal change that occurs around 50. It`s not just calories in and out, but also about balancing hormones. We provide proper Nutritional Guidance along with the Exercise Program to bring that perfect harmony in the body.

I believe training is not just about prescribing exercise and nutrition plans, but also about establishing a relationship with the client. Being in the same age group, I can empathize their fitness struggle and road blocks. When people see how hard I work at my age, they realize they can do it too.
